13 Week Walk/Run Program - Week 7 - Day 1

Today's objective: Run 10 minutes. Walk 1 minute. Do this 5 times.

Holy Moley! I did it!

This one was a little more mentally challenging than anything. Physically, I did much better than I was expecting. Last week was the most intense so far; I was completely exhausted by the time I was done and going into it, I wasn't sure I could do it. I need to stop doubting this program, I've been able to meet every challenge so far. I was so sore at the end of the week I could hardly move and was worried it would affect me today. Amazingly this morning I wasn't sore at all.

I was ready for today's training to be over at the second to the last interval but I think it was the length of time more than anything; some music would have helped today.
