13 Week Walk/Run Program - Week 4 - Day 2

Today's objective: Run 2 minutes. Walk 2 minutes. Do this 7 times.

This was the easiest day in awhile and yet I struggled a bit this morning. We had a BBQ last night and I imbibed a little more than I should of on an evening before I planned to run. That and I'm suffering from PMS symptoms so I was experiencing some pain as well. I'm really glad this is an easy week.

I actually tried talking myself out of going again this morning but couldn't. To me that is amazing. I've never been so compelled to do an exercise routine. I'm really very happy about that.
