100th Post

I really wanted to make my 100th post something special....so I've been putting it off to give myself time to get it right. The pressure is just too much; I've got nothing!
I'm going to give credit to some of the really good fitness and weight loss blogs out there that have been around a lot longer than 100 posts and have some really great information and inspiration in them. Please check them out and then come back!
